Embassy Condominiums is a historic high-rise condominium community in the Roosevelt District of Downtown Phoenix. With 11 floors and 88 units, it is one of the smaller high-rise condominiums in the city. Originally constructed in 1964, the exterior has much of the mid-century architecture that you’ll usually find in Midtown. The units are between 700 and 900 square feet. Every unit has a balcony.
The Embassy is considered one of the more walkable condo communities with great access to nightlife, parks, and other recreation. The condo fee at Embassy includes basic utilities. Current sale prices (over the past year) have ranged from $153,000 for a 720 square foot 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo, to $576,500 for a 1,390 square foot 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom condo (which was originally listed at $799,000).
