About Biltmore

Biltmore is known for fashion and resort life, with stunning mansions and high-end condominiums. However, it is also very accessible, making it a good choice to live. Many of the residences in the Biltmore area contain the same midcentury design that midtown and uptown are known for. Some residences are situated on extra-large lots, which gives this unique “oasis in the city” vibe to Biltmore that is so different from other areas of the city.

Biltmore is highly accessible by freeways. It is generally considered the area east of Highway 51 and north of Camelback Rd, and north to the Phoenix Mountains Preserve. The high-rise condo views include the Piestewa Peak.
